Flex-Ability appoints new Manufacturing Manager

Flex-Ability would like to announce the appointment of Ian Thompson as Manufacturing Manager. Ian has over 17 years experience in both production and technical positions within the high volume automotive manufacturing industry. Ian holds a Six Sigma 'Green Belt' accreditation and has extensive experience in 'Lean' practices. He has successfully lead change management and continuous improvement programs within his previous organisation, and is driven by results and achieving KPI's. The appointment of Ian will allow the company to take its manufacturing facility to a new level.

Ian also holds a degree in Electronic Engineering and is a member of the Association for Project Management.
